At Amber Frames, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a refund option under certain conditions.

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The request for a refund must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in a resellable condition without any visible signs of wear or tampering.

  • Customized or personalized frames are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to request a refund:

To start a refund request, kindly reach out to our support team by emailing support@amberframes.com or sending a message via WhatsApp to (+91) 69011 98935. In your message, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the refund request

  • Photos of the product, if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request promptly. If approved, you will receive confirmation along with step-by-step return instructions.

Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and complete our inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.

We aim to make the refund process transparent and hassle-free, but please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit after we issue the refund.

Return Policy

We want you to love your frame. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item following the guidelines below.

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, without any damage or alterations.

  • It should be returned in the original packaging to protect it during shipping.

  • Customized or personalized frames are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to return an item:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (if there is any issue)

Once your return request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for sending the item back to us.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

  • For your safety, we recommend using a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

  • Returns must reach us in their original, saleable condition for a refund to be processed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it carefully. If it meets all return conditions, we will issue a refund according to our refund timeline.

Important Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if the product shows signs of usage, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment only.
